Glory
and Tiffany take a first place at the Lewisburg International
Boer Goat Association Show. |
|
Glory
congratulates Tiffany for a job well done!

We showed 7 goats at the Lewisburg
show. The Lewisburg show (Goats, Music, and More)
is a very big show with over 300 goats; we hoped
just to get a ribbon.

CCF
Patience was the first in the ring for us in a
class of 19, and Tiffany show her best features. Patience
got a 7th against the large competition, and we celebrated! |

Li'l
Mtn Charm was in a class of 52. Inspite all of
Tiffany's hard work, Charm didn't make the cut. Her
older sisters, two of the Little Mountain Goat doelings,
finished 2nd and 4th. |
KWM
Kattie's Glory arrived at the ring a little early
and waited patiently for Tiffany to go into the ring.
In a class of 10, Glory showed her stuff and captured
a blue ribbon. Glory returned for the Grand Championship,
but was overpowered by the older does. |

Tiffany took
Honor into the ring,
but her slim body was dwarfed by the 'cows' in the
class. Honor finished 10th (but not last). |
This was Tiffany's
second time to show KWM's
Queue at a big show. Last year at Lewisburg Queue
finished first. This time Queue took exception to
her second place finish by biting Tiffany on the neck.
Well if could have been a show of affection. |

I had planned on showing BMZ
Venus. Well we had not planned on showing her
at all, but she crawled on the trailer and invited
herself. A late entry, which we almost didn't get,
but she was in the show. When it came time for her
to enter the ring, head back and she was off. It
really didn't go that well, but she finished fifth.
Tiffany showed her.

A very stinky KWM
Kattie's Forture took a second with Lowell Walker
of Little Mountain Boer Goats showing him.

|
Our thanks to the Hallmark family, Lowell Walker,
and the Mitchells for their help at the show.
